  • Acted for an established REIT in completing the acquisition of a $220M heritage building in Vancouver.
  • Acted for a major Canadian bank in its capacity as lender of facilities in the aggregate amount of $80M in connection with the borrower' s refinancing and acquisition of dealership assets.
  • Acted for a liquidator in the context of a strata wind up and assisted with the $164M sale of the apartment building cancellation of the strata plan and strata and distribution of sale proceeds to owners and lenders
  • Acted as counsel in the completion of a $16M acquisition of the shares in a nominee entity which held title to the lands and a commercial office building.
  • Acted for a developer in the completion of a 3-phase land exchange transaction with a local municipality.
  • Acted for an institutional lender in connection with facilities in the amount of $125M in connection with the borrower' s acquisition of a shopping centre.
