With a career spanning more than 20 years, Naina has advised some of the most prestigious global financial institutions on structured finance transactions, including securitisation, derivatives, real estate finance, leverage finance, debt capital markets, structured products, repos and financial regulatory compliance. She has been actively involved in the creation of innovative award winning structured transactions and negotiating complex financings.
Naina's arrival will elevate Gowling WLG's standing in advising clients on intricate structured finance transactions. The firm anticipates that Naina will bring valuable insights, a robust network and a strategic approach to complex financings.
During her career Naina has practised at firms including Allen & Overy, Linklaters and Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, and most recently in consulting, working across multiple jurisdictions including London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.
