Paul Armitage

Paul Armitage is a partner who can help you achieve your goals in technology commercial transactions. Based in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office, Paul has over twenty years of experience practising in the fields of technology licensing, channel distribution, outsourcing and procurement, life sciences collaborations, privacy law, cloud computing, e-commerce, anti-spam and anti-spyware (CASL) compliance, data security, and commercial contracts.

Paul has extensive experience in the life sciences, information technology, telecommunications, financial services, and health industries, as well as in infrastructure and facilities projects, both for private and public sector clients.

In serving clients, Paul puts to use strong transactional legal skills, including client service, negotiation, drafting complex agreements, project management and problem solving.
