Helena Schnur is an associate in the corporate team of Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office focusing on stock corporations and capital market law. She advises companies as well as investors on a variety of national and cross-border transactions as well as in terms of corporate, capital market and commercial law.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2023, Helena gained experience in cross-border corporate matters working in internationally renowned law firms in Luxembourg and Paris. In addition to her German bar admission, she holds a bachelor's degree in French law.
