CPC Pumps acquired by Atlas Copco in cross-border deal

On August 5, 2021, Atlas Copco announced that it had acquired CPC Pumps.

CPC Pumps, based in Burlington, Ontario, specialises in the design, manufacturing and servicing of custom-engineered, mission critical centrifugal pumps. The company has 110 employees and serves North America as its main market.

Atlas Copco is a Swedish multinational that manufactures industrial tools and equipment.
