Lineage Logistics acquires Ontario Refrigerated Services Inc.

On July 31, 2020, Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC, the world's largest and most innovative provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, completed its acquisition of Ontario Refrigerated Services, Inc., a leading family-operated cold storage company offering temperature-controlled space in the Greater Toronto market, marking Lineage's entrance into the Canadian market. Lineage partnered on this investment with CapCold Group Inc., to pursue the acquisition of North American cold storage companies.

Gowling WLG was counsel to the lender, Farm Credit Canada, with respect to this acquisition, with a team that included Thomas Subic, Dom Glavota and Eric Rockefeller.
